Sidewalk upgrade begin on Allen Drive

Swift Current residents are reminded that sidewalk replacement work started on Monday, along the south side of Allen Drive.

The project will stretch from Central Avenue South to the bend on Allen Drive, with crews working over the next two weeks, weather permitting.

During construction, vehicle movement and parking will be restricted on the south side of the street. “No Parking” signs will be posted, and drivers are asked to respect the temporary measures for the safety of both workers and residents.

City officials are thanking the public for their patience and cooperation as the upgrades are completed.
