The work included the replacement of curbs and sidewalks along the route.

The province also announced the completion of an $8.5 million project for micro surfacing 437 kilometres of highway sections near Bethune, Lumsden, Southey, Regina, Pilot Butte, Balgonie, Wapella, and Moosomin.
