The Calgary Police are asking the public for information on a possible shooting that left a pickup truck with extensive damage.

On Monday (Sept. 1), at roughly 5 p.m., the Calgary Police received reports of a black Ford F-150 that arrived at South Health Campus, located at 4448 Front Street S.E., riddled with bullet holes.

The police also received reports that the truck was driven by a man who is believed to have attended the hospital with minor injuries.

Once on scene, the police attempted to speak with the man, but he was uncooperative with the investigation and was later released from the hospital.

Investigators believe the truck was struck with dozens of bullets and they are now asking for anyone with information in relation to a possible shooting involving the black Ford F-150 to come forward and chat with the police.

It is believed the incident was targeted and investigators are trying to determine where the shooting took place.

As part of the investigation, the vehicle will be analyzed for any additional evidence.

Anyone with any information about this possible shooting or the damaged truck, contact the police at 403-266-1234.

For those who wish to remain anonymous, information can be sent to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477, www.calgarycrimestoppers.org, or through the P3 Tips app.
