Family activities planned for Pumpkin Harvest Festival

It’s a busy time of year for Hunger in Moose Jaw! 

Their programs are in full swing, including the Child Nutrition and the Junior Chef programs. 

Preparations are also underway for the annual Pumpkin Harvest Festival, scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 20 at the Yara Community Garden at the 900 block of Grey Avenue. 

“We have a lot of family events, we also have Savem Sweets and Storm Mini Donuts will be there, and lots of fun activities,” said Sharla Sept, Executive Director of Hunger in Moose Jaw. “We also have a farmers market, and we’ll have our annual chili and hot dog lunch, available by cash donation.”
