Ardens undefeated at home tournament

The Swift Current Comp Ardens soccer team defended home turf.

They won all three matches in their home tournament over the weekend.

Swift Current opened the event with a 1-0 win over Prince Albert St. Mary.

Rowan Robison scored the winer for the Ardens in the tight contest.

The Ardens then beat both Weyburn and Regina Campbell 4-0 on Saturday.

Kira Gatzke had a goal and an assist against Weyburn, while Emily McCleary struck twice against Campbell.

Rory Williams pitched a shutout in all three matches.

The Ardens are 5-0 so far this season.

They are off until a tournament in Price Albert on September 26-27.
