Highway 13 is experiencing delays due to a long stretch of road work. 

From Cadillac to Admiral, crews are working with fresh oil. 

Flag persons are signalling traffic, with reduced speeds being enforced. Travellers may need to come to a stop as directed. 

This work is scheduled to be completed by 5 p.m.
