New cases

Public Health says this is an understatement of cases, as at-home rapid tests are the main testing method. The at-home tests are not recorded by the province.

Manitoba's test rate is 30.4 per cent.

"These numbers are an under-reporting of COVID-19 in the community," the province says in a Monday statement,

There are 31,535 recorded recoveries and 87,547 recorded active cases.
