A monstrous first inning by the Victoria Seawolves early this afternoon sunk the host Swift Current 57's chances at the 13U National Western Championship. 

The Seawolves plated 12 runs before the 57's recorded an out in the bottom of the first before cruising to a 15-0 victory.

Swift Current registered four base hits in the four-inning loss; Ryder Leshures, Quinn Bolton, Tysen Kobley, and Dane Irwin. 

While Jamie Robertson had a seven-pitch fourth inning for the 57's on the mound limiting the Seawolves to one run.

The loss ends the 57's tournament at 0-3.

The bronze medal game goes tomorrow at noon with the gold medal game beginning at 3 p.m.
