Two people are facing numerous charges after they were caught by Winkler police with a stolen van, filled with stolen goods.

Police began investigating after $1,900 in tools were reported stolen from a retail business on Navigator Road earlier this month. Two male suspects left, with the items, in a Dodge van, which police later located parked at a business on Norquay Drive.

A search of the van revealed numerous stolen items from businesses in both Winkler and Altona. Police note, the van itself was also stolen.
