Well, actually it is no surprise at all. After a day of wet sticky snow, people are reporting poor driving conditions in southern Manitoba tonight. And it doesn't look like things will improve much over the next couple of days. Although the snow may ease up a little this evening, another round of the white stuff is on its way overnight. Adding a little salt to the wound, the wind is expected to pick up as well and freezing rain is still a factor.
