Boissevain water customers preparing for another outage and boil water advisory

A second boil water advisory within a week will be issued in Boissevain early next week.

Boissevain-Morton’s Utility Department has located a second water main leak on the same line on Stephen Street. In order to do repairs, there will be a planned water outage on Monday, April 17 from approximately 9:30 am to 6:00 pm.

Once the water has been turned back on, a boil water advisory will be in effect. The Municipality will provide updates as they become available.

The planned outage will affect all utility users, with the exception of those in the southeast corner: from Johnson Street east to Aikman, and from South Railway south to Mountain Street.
