According to Mounties, a trailer that had been previously stolen from Crossfield in the early morning hours on Friday, April 21 has been located.
Police said that a Calgary resident spotted the trailer, which had been parked on the street in a residential neighbourhood in the city's Northeast.
"The only items missing from the trailer were some hand tools," Airdrie RCMP stated.
Previously, police said that the black 2013 Pace American Cargo Trailer, which was attached to a truck in a parking lot on Railway Street and Osler Avenue in Crossfield had been stolen between 2 and 4 a.m. on Friday morning.
"The resident had their effects in the trailer as they were in the process of moving," an RCMP press release previously stated.
The investigation is continuing, though no arrests have been made.
