The Portage Fire Department continues to be busy responding to calls.
Thursday afternoon near Days Inn, one truck, two crew members and one fire truck was dispatched to a grass fire south of Hwy#1 on Yellowquill Trail.
The blaze was quickly put out, according to crews.
