Lundar RCMP respond to deadly ATV collision 

An autopsy is being conducted, and an investigation is ongoing after a 70-year-old Manitoban was found dead. 

The Police report states that on June 11, at 2:15 a.m., Lundar RCMP received a report of a missing 70-year-old man from Faulkner, Manitoba.

Preparations were being made to begin a search by ATV when it became light.

At 5:10 a.m., Lundar RCMP received a report of a single ATV rollover on Faulkner Road.

The ATV driver was the 70-year-old man who had been missing. When officers arrived on the scene, the driver had been pronounced deceased. 

The investigation has reportedly determined the ATV rolled on a trail close to Faulkner Road. The male was not wearing a helmet and was injured by the rolling ATV.
