Three individuals are healing from stabbings in Portage la Prairie on July 15.
Police say the first report came in at 8:09 p.m. as two people had been stabbed and sustained severe injuries.
The suspect was known to the victims and was immediately arrested by police. One victim was transported to Portage General Hospital to have their injuries treated.
The suspect was released on conditions the next day.
At 11:27 p.m., on July 15, the second report was received as a 75-year-old man walked into the midtown with injuries to his head and was telling people he was stabbed.
Police attended and had the victim transported to Portage General Hospital to have their injuries treated. The incident occurred in front of the Oak Tree Towers building, and the suspect is unknown to the victim.
