The new song, 'Evidence,' is about how God reveals his love to us.
"From his awe-inspiring creation that surrounds us to the ultimate portrayal of his love displayed through Jesus hanging on the cross. Since the beginning of time, God has been revealing his perfect love to his people,” said Nathan Montgomery of Rock City Worship.
'Evidence' will be featured on the band's new six-song live EP, which will be released next month on October 13.

Over 66 years ago, a Wycliffe missionary began translation of God’s Word in the northern Philippines. This year, the Isnag community celebrated the completed translation in their own language.
Stephanie de Oliveira, Wycliffe USA Director of Church Relations, attended the Bible dedication along with American pastors. After the dedication ceremony, 34 Isnag believers were baptized.

Since 2020, blasphemy laws around the world up 13%
A new report says more and more countries are adopting blasphemy laws and damaging international human rights.
The United States Commission on International Religious Freedom (USCIRF) updated its Blasphemy Legislation Factsheet last week. It shows 95 countries now impose fines, imprisonment, or even the death sentence to punish religious blasphemy – up from 84 in 2020. That’s a 13% increase in three years.

A terrifying experience for one Steinbach family has left them closer to God and closer to one another.
This summer, their 17-month-old son, Nixon, fell ill. It started with a stomach ache and turned into something much worse.
After two days of constant pain, discomfort and lack of appetite, Nixon's mom, Jaycia Koop, knew something wasn't right. After calling her mom, she decided it was best to take him to the Steinbach Quick Care Clinic, which had a last-minute cancellation that afternoon.
"I knew that was the Lord," said Jaycia.

Singer, worship leader and songwriter Pat Barrett will release a new project this fall.
Shelter, his third studio album, features 12 tracks, including 'Scatter', which Barrett released this summer.
"'Scatter' is a declaration of who we are in Christ and what that means for our lives regardless of the circumstance, difficulty or the situation we find ourselves in," shares Pat Barrett. "If we are in Christ, we are a new creation, and we belong to the light, and it’s amazing how darkness flees when the light has come up."
Grief turns to anger in flooded Libya
Confusion compounds despair in Libya.
Protestors torched the home of Derna’s mayor on Monday night, the first unrest since floodwaters overwhelmed the port city last week. As reporters described their removal from Derna, telecommunications that survived the flooding were cut short on Tuesday morning.
Meanwhile, the United Nations dramatically revised the disaster’s death toll after receiving conflicting information from aid agencies. The fatalities now stand at “Approximately 4,000 people versus 11,000 people,” Joe Wiley with SAT-7 USA says.
B.C. region calls in Samaritan's Purse for assistance in wildfire relief
Samaritan’s Purse is helping residents who were forced to flee for their lives from catastrophic wildfires that ravaged B.C.’s Shuswap region.
At the request of the region’s emergency operations center, the Christian disaster relief organization is sending staff and a convoy of disaster relief vehicles and equipment to clean up damaged properties and search for anything that survived the flames.
Almost 180 homes were damaged or destroyed by the wildfires. At one point, more than 10,000 residents were evacuated from Scotch Creek and the Little Shuswap First Nation.
