Rohingya refugees living in the U.S. and Europe have sued Facebook for $150 billion. They say the platform allowed hate speech against them to spread in Myanmar.
In 2017, the Myanmar military killed 10,000 Rohingya and drove many more from their homes into Bangladesh. The coup and continuing violence in Myanmar mean the Rohingya will likely have no chance to return home any time soon.

All 17 kidnapped missionaries in Haiti released
A ministry says their prayers have been answered; all 17 missionaries who were kidnapped in Haiti two months ago are free.
On October 16, 17 missionaries with Christian Aid Ministries were visiting an orphanage in Haiti when they were kidnapped. The five children and 12 adults were taken from the Croix-des-Bouquets suburb.
