Catch The Wardens tonight

It's time for the next show of the Stars For Saskatchewan concert series from the Swift Current Arts Council and tonight you can enjoy the musical stylings of The Wardens.

The Wardens isn't just their name as they all have served as Canadian national park wardens.

In a press release from the Organization of Saskatchewan Arts Councils their music has been described as "mountain music-blending folk, roots and western styles."

The early bird catches $500 with our 50/50 For Change

Funds were raised and given away this weekend as our 50/50 For Change in support of SaskAbilities continues.

Morning show host Tara Garcia called our lucky early bird winner Shauna McBurney to give her the good news. McBurney had purchased her winning ticket just the day before at our live action broadcast at Nijo Yard Supplies Plus.

When asked her plans for her $500 winnings McBurney said it could be used for many things.

"Oh, I don't know there are lots of places it could go."
