The Canadian Foodgrains Bank has once again received federal government funding with a grant for $100 million over the next four years.
Split into $25 million per year, that will go towards their programs which help Candian-produced food go to hungry mouths internationally.

Five Manitoban's were invited to camp including defenders Jocelyne Larocque of Ste. Anne and Ashton Bell of Deloraine along with goaltenders Raygan Kirk of Ste. Anne, Kristen Campbell of Brandon and Elm Creek's Corinne Schroeder.
Schroeder says it's quite an opportunity to attend the national camp, her second consecutive invite.

Kyler Zulyniak of the Sanford Sabres had the low round of the day with a one-under par 70. Brooke Henderson's 90 was the low girls score. The Provincial High School Golf Championships will be held this Friday at Minnewasta in Morden.

Not one, not two, but three waves of severe thunderstorms rolled through the region, with Warnings issued for the Morden, Winkler and Altona areas three times between late afternoon Monday and early this morning.
