Peacefully, on Saturday, August 17th, 2024 at 4:44 a.m. Bounkham Wong passed away with his loving wife Yong by his side at the Portage District General Hospital at the age of 79 years. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 60 years, Yong, sons Phonsay (Sirimath), Saksay (Joy), Somboun, Kitti, and daughter Davivan, grandchildren Chris, Justin and Selinya, as well as numerous relatives and friends in Laos, France and Canada.

Rosalynde McIntyre Obituary

1931 ~ 2024 (age 93)

It is with great sadness that the family of Rosalynde McIntyre announce the passing of their beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.  Rosalynde passed away on Tuesday, August 20th, 2024 having just turned 93 years of age.

Ronald Edward Boddy formerly of Shaunavon passed away peacefully the afternoon of his 86th birthday on Wednesday, August 21 st at the Meadows Long-term Care Facility in Swift Current. A Private interment service for the late Ron Boddy will take place at St. Mary’s R. C. Cemetery at Shaunavon at a later date. Binkley’s Funeral Service of Shaunavon is in charge of the arrangements. The Funeral Service for Elizabeth Loeppky will take place on Friday, August 30, 2024 at 2:00 pm from the St. Olaf Lutheran Church in Swift Current with Pastor Greg Kiel officiating.

In memory of Elizabeth donations made to the Parkinson Society of Canada or to Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.

Funeral For:  Henry E. Klassen 
Funeral Date: August 25, 2024 
Henry E. Klassen, 80, of Steinbach passed away Monday, August 19th at Bethesda Regional Health Centre. He is survived by his wife Nettie, 6 daughters, and their families. He was predeceased by his parents Frank and Anna Klassen and several siblings. 
The funeral service for Henry E. Klassen will be held Sunday, August 25th at 3pm at Birchwood Funeral Chapel with burial at Heritage Cemetery, Steinbach. 

Karen McNichol Obituary

1946 ~ 2024 (age 78)

It is with great sadness that the family of Karen McNichol announce her passing on Tuesday, August 20th, 2024 at the age of 78.

Loving mother of Ryan McNichol, Shari (Al) Stecyk and the late Shawna Lee McNichol;

grandmother of Shawn McNichol, Dane McNichol, Teagan Stecyk and the late Cale Stecyk.

At Karen's request there will be no services held.

Don Kenneth was born December 19, 1969, to Ken and Doris Watt (Anderson) in Gravelbourg, Saskatchewan and passed away on Friday, August 16, 2024, from complications following surgery. He grew up on the family farm with his parents and sisters, Heather and Terry. As a young boy, agriculture was a very important aspect of his life!

The family of Don Gropp are saddened to announce his passing on Sunday, August 18th, 2024 at the age of 85 years.

Beloved husband of the late Betty Gropp.

Don will be lovingly remembered by his many friends and family.

There will be prayers held for Don Friday, August 23, 2024, at 7:00 P.M. and a funeral mass on Saturday, August 24, 2024 at 11:00 A.M;

Both services will be held at the Little Flower Catholic Church in Leader, SK.
