Ina Hattie Jean Fox, 88 years of Kyle, Saskatchewan, passed away peacefully at the Kyle Health Centre on July 26, 2024.

Ina was born in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan on August 6, 1935. Ina was the daughter of William and Helen (Hiebert) Dear. 

WAYNE “Longhall” Hall

“I was born; I blinked; and it was over.”

It pains to admit, but apparently, I have passed away.  Everyone told me it would happen one day, but that’s simply not something I wanted to hear, much less experience.  I made 86 years without acting my age so now I wonder how I got so damn old so quick.

My parents Lawrence and Doris (née Walz) and older sister Darlene celebrated my birth. I was introduced to all as “Lawrence Wayne Hall”.

Marjorie Ann Miller

September 5, 1941 – July 26, 2024

Marjorie Ann Miller, 82, passed away peacefully on July 26, 2024, at the Stettler Hospital & Care Centre, Stettler, Alberta. Marjorie was born on September 5, 1941, in Tisdale, Saskatchewan, she was the beloved daughter of Clifford and Ethel Graham.

Richard MacDougall
Oct 29, 1930 to July 26, 2024

It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of our Dad, Richard MacDougall. Surrounded by his children, Dad passed peacefully on July 26, 2024 at the age of 93.

Dad was predeceased by the love of his life Enid in 2001; his parents Donald and Helen; sisters Peggy (Al), Helen (Wally), Betty (Al); brother Johnnie and great grandson Kai Richard.

Edward Frank Jacob, late of Weyburn, SK, born on April 21, 1945, passed away on July 25, 2024 at the age of 79 years.

A Service of Remembrance for Edward will be held on Thursday, August 1, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. from RD Family Funeral Chapel, Weyburn, SK with Judy Beck officiating. Honorary Pallbearers will be all in attendance. Urn Bearer is Chris Cugnet.  Interment will be held at the McTaggart Cemetery, McTaggart, SK.

The Funeral Service for Mr. Bernhard "Bernie" Andres of Herbert will take place on Thursday, August 1, 2024 at 11:00 A.M. from Living Faith Fellowship Church in Herbert with Pastor Lincoln Vellacott officiating.

The Interment Service will precede the Funeral Service and take place at the Memory Gardens Cemetery in Swift Current on Thursday, August 1, 2024 at 9:00 A.M. .

Neil Christoffersen passed away on July 24, 2024 in Brandon at the age of 73.

Neil (or Randy as he was known as a kid) was born in Carberry, MB. He grew up in Austin, MB in the same CP section house that he loved.

Rick Peters, 69, of Morden passed away Sunday, July 21st at Vancouver, BC. He is survived by his wife Betty, 2 daughters, and 1 son.  
A memorial service for Rick Peters will be held Thursday, August 1st at 2pm at Morden Sommerfeld Mennonite Church with private interment at Hillside Cemetery prior to the service. 
Viewing will be at Wiebe Funeral Chapel, Morden Wednesday, July 31st from 6 to 9pm.
