Harry Joseph “Toby” Tobias
Harry “Toby” Joseph Tobias passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Sunday, October 13, 2024, at the age of 79 years. Toby was born on December 29, 1944, in a small town outside of Vienna, Austria to mother Giselle, his birth father was tragically killed during World War II. He immigrated to Canada with his family at the age of five years, his mother remarried, and he gained a stepfather Ernest Tobias. He attended elementary school and high school in Regina, graduating two years early at the age of 16 years. He left home and settled in Lajord, SK, working at the Bank of Commerce.
Darren Perkins
Darren passed away on Thursday, October 3, 2024, at the age of 51 years. He was predeceased by his mother Debbie Perkins and his father-in-law Ted Obrigewitsch.
Darren loved vacations and travel; he loved hosting people at his “5 Star All-Inclusive”; he loved adventure, fireworks, toys (anything with wheels) …. he LIVED LARGE!
Family and friends meant the world to Darren and, of late, his grandson was the most precious person in his life.
Grace Emily McVittie

It is with great sadness that the family of Grace Emily McVittie announces her passing on Friday, August 23, 2024, at the age of 96 years.
Grace was full of vitality and never shied away from any task, whether it be driving the community taxi for the “old people” or leading church services at her home parish, St. John the Baptist Anglican Church in Gull Lake, SK, both into her 90s. She was a strong, positive, helpful, and loving person right to the very end.

Lawrence “Larry” Birstein passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 28, 2024, at the Gull Lake Special Care Home at the age of 87 years.
Larry was born June 2, 1936, to Abraham and Edith Birstein. After graduating from Central Collegiate in Regina, he attended the University of Saskatchewan and received his BSP degree in Pharmacy in 1960. He managed several drug stores over the years in Regina and Swift Current.

It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of our mother, Marina Grace Jones on July 11, 2023. Marina passed away peacefully in her sleep at Sunset Nursing Home in Regina. She was 86.
Mom grew up in Moose Jaw and Moose Jaw district. She moved to Edmonton in 1977, and later she moved to Legal, Alberta. She moved to Regina in 2020 to be closer to family. Mom loved listening to country music and enjoyed taking long walks.
She is predeceased by her father Howard Jones, mother Amy Rathwell, and brother Fred Jones.
Carol Ann Vickers
It is with sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of our sister Carol at the age of 75 in Moose Jaw, SK. Carol was born in Yorkton, SK and moved to Regina in 1997. She was a participant in the Sask. Abilities Centre in both cities for over 50 years, as well as attending Cosmopolitan Centre in Regina and Diversified Services in Moose Jaw, where she moved in December 2021. Over the years Carol met many wonderful people who enhanced her quality of life.
