Liberals attempt show of unity after tense caucus meeting with Trudeau
Prime Minister Justin Trudeau told his MPs Wednesday that he would reflect on what they had to say in a three-hour caucus meeting where some Liberals confronted him about his leadership.
Trudeau was smiling when he left the meeting on Wednesday afternoon, and as he walked briskly past a horde of reporters on Parliament Hill he said only that the Liberal party is "strong and united."

Tonight, the Estevan Chamber of Commerce will let residents hear from the candidates in the provincial election race for the Estevan-Big Muddy constituency.
That forum is being held at the Estevan Legion Hall, with the forum beginning at 7 p.m.

Hit-and-run, suspicious vehicle kicked off the week for Estevan police
The Estevan Police Service responded to impaired driving, a hit-and-run accident and a suspicious vehicle in the backroads to start off their week.
On Monday, EPS responded to a hit-and-run that resulted in extensive damage at a grocery store in Estevan. At this time, police are investigating the situation.
Members were also dispatched to find a possible impaired driver. After being pulled over, the driver was found to be sober.
Town of Radville rallies around family after devastating house fire
A house fire in Radville displaced the family of Colby and Tanya Henheffer last Sunday night. Since then, their friend and Radville local, Kelly-Ann Joubert, has been collecting funds to support them as they recover from the tragedy.
“We got the call on Sunday night that their house was burning, obviously we rushed down there. We've always had a really good relationship with them, and it just inspired me obviously to help them because I know if I was in that situation they would really do the same for me.”
