It is with great regret and sorrow we announce the passing of Brian George Rodwell after a brave and courageous battle with health issues. Brian passed away peacefully, with his children by his side, on Sunday, August 3rd, 2025, at the Dr. F.H. Wigmore Regional Hospital in Moose Jaw, SK. Brian was born May 19th, 1950, to George and Lil Rodwell.

Robert James “Rob” Silljer

March 24th, 1962 – August 4th, 2025

With heavy hearts, we announce that Robert James “Rob” Silljer passed away peacefully on Monday, August 4th, 2025, at the age of 63 years, in Kelowna, British Columbia, after a courageous battle with cancer.

He was predeceased by his parents, Joseph and Helen Silljer. Rob is survived by his children, Saylem Silljer and Kylen (Shae) Silljer; brother, Ronald (Natalie) Silljer; cousin, Anne-Marie Ash; as well as many nieces, nephews, and extended family members who will remember him with love.

Ralph Arthur Hillier

HILLIER

Following a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer, Ralph Arthur Hillier passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 29th, 2025. Ralph was born on August 8th, 1935 in Bracken, Saskatchewan.

Ralph had a life well lived. He was very handy and although he was not formally trained, he could fix almost anything with his mechanical aptitude. He was still building and repairing around the house until his passing in his 90th year.

James (Jim) Russell Black

With heavy hearts we announce the passing of James “Jim” Russell Black on Thursday, July 31st, 2025, at the age of 82 years. Born in Moose Jaw, SK on October 8th, 1942, Jim lived a life on his terms right till the end.

Jim worked many caretaker jobs over the years including the Post Office, Castle Wines, and the Catholic School Division. Jim met and married Elizabeth Klepsch and together they had one child, Penny.

Helen Bernice Barry

With sadness and heavy hearts, the family of Helen Bernice Barry announces her peaceful passing on Thursday, July 31st, 2025, at the age of 93 years.  She left this world gently, surrounded by the love and presence of her family. 

Proceso Esguerra

PROCESO LIGON ESGUERRA

JULY 2nd, 1948 – JUNE 4th, 2025

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Proceso “Pamboy” Esguerra, a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. Proceso passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 4th, 2025, at the Dr. F.H. Wigmore Regional Hospital in Moose Jaw, SK, at the age of 76 years, surrounded by his loving family and friends.

Proceso was born on July 2nd, 1948, in Pulilan, Bulacan, Philippines. He became a farmer at young age. Proceso was also an amazing carpenter who could fix anything.

Gloria Victoria Gross

Gloria Victoria Gross (née: Leugner) aged 93 years of Moose Jaw, SK, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 30th, 2025, at the Dr. F.H. Wigmore Regional Hospital, with Glorianne by her side. Gloria was born on the family farm in the Spring Valley district of Saskatchewan on May 8th, 1931, the third oldest of ten girls.

Amos Ramzan Kenzo

Amos Ramzan Kenzo aged 5 months of Moose Jaw, SK, passed away on Wednesday, April 23rd, 2025.  The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, May 3rd, 2025 at 1:30 p.m. at St Andrew’s Church, 60 Athabasca St E in Moose Jaw, with interment to follow in Rosedale Cemetery.

William Patrick Meuse

WILLIAM PATRICK MEUSE

William Patrick Meuse “Pat” aged 66 years of Moose Jaw, SK, passed away on Monday, December 16th, 2024.  Pat was born in Halifax, Nova Scotia to Francis William and Francis Veronica Meuse.  He was the second oldest of eight children. 

Alyosha Nicodemus Wiebe

It is with heavy hearts that my husband, Chris, and I announce the birth and passing of our precious son, Alyosha Nicodemus Wiebe.  Alyosha was born on Tuesday, December 3rd, 2024, at 12:53 p.m., weighing 4 lbs 2 oz at 37 weeks, 2 days, via elective c section.  We prepared for Alyosha to get as much medical support as he needed, from best case scenario to worst.
