The reuse centre has been around the community since about 2017 but, before now, it was operated out of a tiny shack.

The Hodgepodge Lodge is located at the Broadview Enviroservices Station in Sherwood Park on 101 Broadview Road.
The CCA is watching what's happening with proposed new U.S. labelling rules
The Canadian Cattle Association Executive Vice President Dennis Laycraft says they are close monitoring the proposed 'Product of USA' or 'Made in the USA' labelling program for meat, poultry and egg products.
"When you look at what they're proposing, they've not only taken what were the elements in the mandatory Country of Origin Labelling rule, but they've expanded it to include processed in the US. Which would also affect some of our other exports down there."

Fort Sask Hawks season comes to an end
The season is over for the Fort Sask Hawks after losing to the Beaumont Chiefs in the Capital Junior Hockey League (CJHL) quarterfinals.
Their final game was at the JRC last Friday (Mar. 3) and ended in a 6-4 loss, giving the Chiefs a 3-1 series victory.
The playoffs started strong for the Hawks. They defeated the Leduc Co-op Riggers in the qualifying round, winning a tight best-of-three series.
ALERT rescues another child in Strathcona County sexual abuse case
An Edmonton man has been charged with making child pornography in relation to an investigation earlier this year.
The case started back when Brian Davis was arrested for child pornography in Yuba City, California. After his arrest, police found that Davis had been in contact with a 35-year-old Strathcona County woman.
According to ALERT's Internet Child Exploitation (ICE) unit, the online chat logs between Davis and the woman are alleged to have shown sexual abuse of the woman's child.
Canadian Centre for Agricultural Wellbeing holds National Symposium on Agricultural Mental Health
The Canadian Centre for Agricultural Wellbeing (CCAW) continues to gain support and build resources.
Yesterday, during the CCAW's first National Symposium on Agricultural Mental Health, Federal Agriculture Minister Marie-Claude Bibeau announced up to $168,440 to help the group spread awareness and multiply the resources available to the ag sector.
She says farmers have a very demanding job and deal with a lot of stress.
Sturgeon County archer wins gold at Canada Winter Games
A Sturgeon County archer cemented himself as one of the nation's best at the Canada Winter Games.
Adam Berge took home a gold medal in the individual archery compound event.
The win marks a significant moment in Berge's archery career, having previously competed at the Alberta Winter Games.
"This is like an amped-up Alberta Winter Games," said Berge. "I feel like I shot the best I could and I'm proud of how I shot and brought [the gold] back to Alberta."
And the winner of a 2023 Jeep Wrangler is...
We've been talking about it for months and finally, we have a winner.
On Thursday (Mar. 9), Jennifer Young was unveiled as the recipient of a 2023 Jeep Wrangler Sahara from your Alberta Jeep Dealers and Golden West Broadcasting.
"I was in a little bit of disbelief," laughed Young. "It's actually mine, I can keep it and I'm not letting anyone else in it!"
The Jeep has a retail value of around $67,000.
Young says she's planning on showing off the vehicle to everyone in the area.
