The Center is still looking for 35-40 more community members to sign up and walk for 'The Coldest Night of the Year'.

This chilly walk is proudly sponsored by S3 Group. Participants can choose to sign up in teams or alone.

"As an organization, our goal is always to bring the community together," said the executive director at The Center. Nathan Wiebe.

Proceeds will go to fund The Swift Current community youth initiative and provide free counselling for youth and troubled or underprivileged family support.

Thus far, The Center has been successful in raising over $ 41,000, with a total goal of $ 85,000. "We don't receive any governmental funding for counselling so our goal is to fundraise," Wiebe explained.

By signing up to walk on 'The Coldest Night of the Year' you can help support the community youth initiative and help a child or family live better.
