It's going to be another busy weekend in Sylvan Lake as the Town's Annual 1913 Day's Celebration is back.
Starting tonight, (Thursday, June 13th) will be a Mystery Town Scavenger Hunt where you register online and use an app to guide you.
On Friday, everyone can enjoy the Sylvan Lake Farmer's Market from 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm on Lakeshore Drive at 51st street. Also Friday will be a showing of the classic movie "The Goonies" starting at 9:30 pm in Lakefront Park.
Things kick off Saturday morning with the Annual Fire Hall Pancake breakfast from 7:00 am to 11:00 am (by cash donation). Other events include a soap box derby, Penny Carnival, and a toddler block party.
The 1913 Days Parade will run from 1:00 pm to 2:30. The parade starts on 43 street, heads west down 47th Avenue, turns north on 50th Street and heads east at Lakeshore Drive ending at 44th Street.
There will also be an antique car show from noon-5:00 pm at the NexSource Centre Parking Lot.
