On July 3, at approximately 5 a.m., the Wetaskiwin RCMP recovered a stolen vehicle in the town of Millet.
Through further investigation RCMP were led to believe that there were more stolen items at rural location near Millet, and applied for a warrant to search the property.
At approximately 3 p.m., the warrant was executed by the Wetaskiwin RCMP Crime Reduction Unit, Police Dog Services and General Duty Members.
As a result of the property search, two stolen pick-up trucks and a bail hauler were recovered from the property.
RCMP arrested 48-year-old Edmonton resident Bradley Blake.
Blake has been charged with:
- Possession of stolen property
- Failing to comply with previous release conditions (x2)
Blake was taken before a Justice of the Peace and remanded into custody. He is scheduled to be in at the Alberta Court of Justice in Wetaskiwin on July 5.
