UPDATE: Accident at highway 5 and 2 junction

UPDATE: The highway has been reopened

There has been a reported accident at the junction of highway 5 and 2 west of Humboldt. 

STARS is on scene as well as other emergency vehicles.

If you are in the area, please slow down and watch for emergency vehicles and workers.

The west bound lane is closed to traffic.
