You can lend a helping hand for the upcoming Streetfest in Humboldt.
The organizing committee needs volunteers throughout the event.
Downtown BID President Alyssa Hergott says they need extra help for the setup, working at the Street Dance including scanning the tickets at the entry point, security and bartenders.
Anybody who volunteers at Streetfest will be rewarded. There will be a volunteer lounge that will be set up at one of the businesses on Main Street, to provide an air-conditioned setting in case there is excessive heat at the weekend. Snacks and drinks will also be provided in the lounge.
Hergott says they would require 20 volunteers for each day at Streetfest.
