Humboldt RCMP are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying individual(s) responsible for stealing construction equipment in an incident in Middle Lake, and those responsible for vehicle damage in Bruno.
A release states that on July 25, 2024, the Humboldt RCMP received a complaint of theft from a rural land location just outside of Middle Lake, SK. The occurrence happened between July 20th at 9:30 PM and July 24.
Work vehicles and equipment marked with Punk’s Backhoe Service were stolen from the gravel site, including a white Western Star gravel truck with blue trim, a black flatdeck trailer, and a construction yellow Case 580 Super L Backhoe. The trailer has since been recovered just outside of Wakaw, SK on July 26.
A second release states that on Friday, July 5, Humboldt RCMP received a complaint that two vehicle mischiefs had occurred sometime between 11:30 p.m., Thursday, July 4, and 7:00 am, Friday, July 5. The suspect(s) damaged two vehicles by smashing out windows on both, one vehicle was parked in the driveway of a residence on Main Street and the other on Railway Avenue.
