The legal dispute between the Humboldt Broncos Junior Hockey Association Inc and Spotlight Sport and Corporate Wear Ltd has concluded, according to a joint release by legal counsel for each of the two sides.
The release states that the Broncos and Spotlight are pleased to confirm that they have resolved their differences and have come to an amicable resolution in regard to the claims previously set out in KBG-SA-0072-2022.
The release also states that the Broncos thank Spotlight for its support of their organization over the years, and that both parties wish each other well on a going forward basis.
The communication by Timothy Hawryluk, K.C., legal counsel for the Humboldt Broncos Junior hockey Association Inc. and Cameron Prowse, K.C., legal counsel for Spotlight Sport and Corporate Wear Ltd. notes that neither party will be offering any further comment with respect to these matters on a going forward basis.
