The City of Lacombe is advising motorists of construction work this week.
On-street parking will be prohibited from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., from Aug. 6 until Aug. 13, near the intersection of 47 Avenue and 46 Avenue, while city contractors perform road, concrete, and storm system rehabilitation.
Roads will remain open and impacted alleys/lanes will be flag-controlled.
Motorists are asked to follow all traffic rules and temporary signage.
City crews will also be out this week gardening in the medians along Highway 2A.
Drivers are asked to use caution while crews are out adding a touch of green to the medians.
