It is with great sadness that we tell you Joanne Weisgerber (nee Ganje) passed away peacefully after a courageous battle with cancer on Thursday, August 1, 2024, in Kelowna, BC, surrounded by her family and her beloved dog, Ellie.
The Prayer Service will be held on Friday, August 9, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. and the Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, August 10, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Thuy Nguyen presiding. Both services will be held at St. John the Baptist R.C. Church in Estevan. Please join the family for lunch in the church auditorium immediately following the Funeral Mass. The Rite of Committal will take place at Souris Valley Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, those wishing to pay tribute to Joanne can make a donation in her memory to the Canadian Cancer Society or Craig’s Cause Pancreatic Cancer Society.
