Agricultural parts manufacturer Bourgault Tillage Tools (BTT) at St. Brieux, Saskatchewan has acquired Herschel Parts from Indianola, Iowa.
The 137-year-old company is known for manufacturing and distributing high-quality agricultural products out of its plant in Indianola, Iowa.
Herschel's Marketing Manager Mark Collins says working with BTT is really going to enhance their capabilities for innovation and new product development.
Patrick Yeager, Director of Sales and Marketing for Bourgault Tillage Tools says when they visited Herschel Parts and met the leadership team, it was as though they had known each other for years.
"Now that the acquisition is complete, it will be a pleasure working the Herschel team to roll out a sales and marketing strategy for future growth and success."
Joseph Bourgault, President and CEO of Bourgault Tillage Tools says they are investing in Herschel to create a bright future and opportunities for our children and grandchildren and to continue to expand our communities.
"St. Brieux is a great community, and we understand that we are going to be going to a great community in Indianola as well."
BTT's Vice President and General Manager Ryan Olson will also serve as President of Herschel Parts.
