A disturbing case has emerged from a care facility in Wilkie, Saskatchewan, where a former staff member is facing serious charges related to multiple physical and sexual assaults on vulnerable residents. The accused, 36-year-old Jaclyn Elias of Wilkie, was arrested on February 29, 2024, following a thorough investigation by the RCMP. Elias, who has not been employed at the facility since February 2024, now faces a series of serious charges:

4 counts of assault under Section 266 of the Criminal Code: These charges relate to allegations that Elias physically harmed residents on multiple occasions.
