Two men were arrested on August 28, after a search warrant was executed at a home in Stoughton by members of the RCMP from the Fillmore detachment, and the Saskatchewan Trafficking Response Team based in Yorkton.
During the search, officers located a firearm, two airsoft firearms, ammunition, a small amount of cocaine, paraphernalia used in the trafficking of drugs, and cash.
Two men were arrested without incident during the search. Twenty-three-year-old Jyron Englot and 46-year-old Paul Englot, both from Stoughton, are charged with one count of possession for the purpose of trafficking, one count of unauthorized possession of a firearm, and one count of careless storage of a firearm.
Paul Englot is also charged with one count of possession of a firearm contrary to a prohibition order, while Jyron Englot is charged with one count of breach of a release order.
Both of the accused appeared in Weyburn Provincial Court On August 29.
