Red Deer is welcoming a new family physician to the area.
Dr. Fidelis Oguejiofor is working out of The Branch Clinic. Dr. Oguejiofor will also be providing hospitalist services at the Red Deer Regional Hospital Centre.
Individuals needing a family doctor can call 403-986-8600 to arrange a meet-and-greet appointment.
“Red Deer has tranquil and historic charm, and the people are friendly,” says Dr. Oguejiofor. “I am happy to be involved in providing high-quality medical care to local residents.”
The Branch Clinic now has six physicians serving the community.
Alberta Health Services (AHS) says it is continuing to recruit for physicians across the Central Zone to meet community needs.
