11th Avenue and 4th Street reopened following Downtown Revitalization

The city of Estevan has reopened the intersection of 4th Street and 11th Avenue as sidewalk and roadway work has been completed on the street.

Drivers will note a new asphalt surface along the road with the sidewalk sporting the new paving stones at the intersection.

It's currently unknown when the rest of the street will be opened, with the current timeline suggesting that it will be done by October 31.
