The Humboldt Broncos have announced they have traded defenceman Karson Kerbes to the Dryden Ice Dogs of the Superior International Junior Hockey League (SIJHL) in exchange for a player development fee.
In his first season with the Broncos, Kerbes played in three games and registered no points.

It was a debut to remember for Broncos goalie Brady Holtvogt on Saturday night. He made 30 saves to register a shutout victory against the La Ronge Ice Wolves in his first appearance with his hometown team.
On Monday, Holtvogt was named this week’s recipient of the SJHL’s Canterra Seeds Saskatchewan Player of the Week.
The Humboldt product recently joined the Broncos after he spent the beginning of the season with the Western Hockey League’s (WHL) Prince George Cougars.
