The Shaunavon Shadows continue their quest for the 4A provincial nine-man title this weekend.
Shaunavon will travel to Delisle on Saturday to square off against the unbeaten Rebels in a quarterfinal matchup.
Shadows quarterback Kaleb Little believes his team is ready for a long playoff run.
"We have to execute and I think we can get the whole way," he said. "If we push each other hard enough we can get there."
The Shadows are coming off a sound 54-14 playoff win over the Moose Jaw Vanier Vikings on Oct 18. Little posted video game-type numbers in the win rushing for five touchdowns and throwing for two more.
Little is one of seven players on Shaunavon's roster in grade 12 with this being their final chance at a provincial title.
"I think it makes us all think we have to work harder and want it more than anyone else on the feel and that will bring us success," he said.
