Bragg Creek's Dylan Holloway had his first two-goal night as a St. Louis Blue in their 5-1 win over the Maple Leafs on Oct. 24.
His first came at 10:31 of the first when he found himself alone in front of the Leafs net.
"I thought, oh my God, this is great if it gets to me, and thankfully it did," said Holloway in a post-game interview.
It was linemate Brandon Saad who fed him the puck from the corner. Holloway fired the shot through the five hole on Leafs goalie Jospeh Woll to give the Blues an early 2-0 lead.
Holloway added an empty-netter at 16:42 of the third for the 5-1 final.
He has three goals and an assist in his last three games with his new team.
The win lifts the Blues to a 5-3 record, fourth in the central division, early in the season.
