A Cinderella ride to the CJFL semifinal came to an end for four southwest products on the Regina Thunder.
Noah Steinley, Carter Moberg, Parker Robertson and Zach Cloutier helped the Regina to a Prairie Football Conference title over Saskatoon, but they fell 28-14 to the Okanagan Sun in the CJFL final four.
Moberg played some time at quarterback in the game, completing 2 of his 6 passes for 27 yards. He also rushed once for 3 yards.
Cloutier had 4 tackles and 2 assisted tackles in the game.
The Sun will face the St. Clair Saints in the Canada Bowl.
