Yesterday, morning show hosts Chris Martens and Tara Garcia had the chance to put their sword skills to the test all in the name of fun.
Students, Ezra and Violet from the Swift Current Comprehensive High School's Drama Club stopped by the station with a fun way to promote the school's upcoming production of the "The Three Musketeers".
Tara and Chris were challenged with a balloon popping game where they had 25 seconds to pop 25 balloons with a sword. Tara managed a masterful 21 balloons while Chris reigned supreme by popping them all in the allotted time. For his victory Chris also received a Three Musketeers chocolate bar which he enjoyed to Tara's dismay.
The comp drama students have been visiting various local businesses and offices throughout the city with this challenge in the name of fun and of course awareness of their upcoming production taking place at the comp November 27th-30th.
