Heart of Lacombe shining bright after recent upgrade

Repairs have been completed to Lacombe's signature landmark, the "Heart of Lacombe", situated on the southeast corner of Lest We Forget Park.

The Downtown Area Redevelopment Plan Committee (DARP) partnered with a local contractor to refinish the heart with a power coat.

The power coat will act as a shield against Alberta's fluctuating temperatures, ensuring that the heart stands strong and vibrant against rain, snow, or shine. 

The Heart of Lacombe was originally installed in September of 2022.
