Wildcats extinguish Parkland Fire

Charli Chubaty and Paige Hawkins each scored a goal and an assist to help lift the Swift Current Full Line Ag U18 AA Wildcats past the Parkland Fire on Thursday night.

Chubaty opened the scoring, Hayley Anderson had the game-winner, and Hawkins added an insurance-marker in the 3-1 victory at the InnovationPlex.

Wildcats netminder Bailey Fox made 17 saves moving to 2-0 on the season and helping her team climb to 4-1 on the campaign.

The Full Line Ag Wildcats return to the ice next Thursday in Wilcox to take on the Notre Dame Hounds.
