Stewart Valley power outage, water advisory planned

A planned power outage in Stewart Valley will lead to a water advisory.

The RM of Saskatchewan Landing No 167 reported on social media there will be a power outage from 9am until 2pm tomorrow (Sunday, November 17th) affecting areas from Stewart Valley and west within the RM. 

The Water Security Agency has issued a precautionary drinking water advisory for the area as of Sunday.

The agency says the power outage will cause a system depressurization and they can't guarantee the safety of the drinking water. 

You're advised to boil the water for at least a minute before using it.
