Smile Cookies are back for the season, available at all Swift Current Tims locations for a limited time to support two local non-profits.

From November 18 to 24 Smile Cookies will be for sale and all proceeds will be split between Southwest Crisis Services and Tims Camps.

Caitlin Mann, president of Southwest Crisis Services, noted that board members and staff from the non-profit have been volunteering to decorate some of the smile cookies.

"Tim Hortons approached us and asked if we wanted to partner with them for the Holiday Smile Cookie Campaign as a fundraiser," she shared. "We agreed, we think it's a great way to gain awareness and exposure in the community while raising much-needed funds."

Southwest Crisis Services plans to use the funds to maintain the women's and children's shelter and continue providing services such as a 24-hour helpline, outreach counselling, sexual assault services, groups, and more.

Pete Fehr, owner of Tim Hortons, said, "All three Tim Hortons [will be selling them] so come on down and buy a cookie."
