For the second weekend in a row, the southeast was hit with another round of freezing rain that turned the majority of highways into ice sheets.

Highways around Estevan have been affected. Highway Hotline is calling for 'Travel Not Recommended' advisories on the following roads:
- Highway 39 south from Midale to Estevan
- Highway 47 from Handsworth to the US Border
- Highway 18 from Oungre to Frobisher
- Highway 361 from Cullen to the Highway 9 junction
Authorities have also closed the stretch of road on Highway 47 from Handsworth heading north to the Trans-Canada Highway 1 junction, citing ice and drifting snow.
Further east, conditions have been degraded with ice and heavy snow on the area. This includes:
- Highway 13 from Stoughton to the Manitoba border
- Highway 9 from Whitewood/Trans-Canada Highway 1 to Alameda
- Highway 18 from Alameda to the Manitoba border
- Highway 8 from Redvers to the US border
- Highway 48 through Kipling to the Highway 9 junction
According to Track My Plow, crews have been dispatched throughout the area to address these issues and clear the highways.
