After a weekend of freezing rain and heavy fog falling on the majority of the province, travel on Saskatchewan highways will be hampered.

All highways are currently showing reduced visibility markers. Mixed with the freezing rain that we received over the weekend, the roads will be slippery. Extra attention should be observed on Highway 18 east from Minton to Oungre, as the Highway Hotline is showing that it is covered with ice and thick fog.
Travel to Regina should be somewhat decent, though you should wait until the fog has dissipated later this afternoon. Environment Canada is predicting that the dense fog should be going away later today. If you're travelling to the capital city on either the Weyburn or Stoughton routes, your biggest hurdle will be the reduced visibility.
The weather can change at any moment. You can always check the latest forecast on the Hail Otto Weather Page. Up-to-date highway conditions are always available any time on the Trent's Tire Road Reports Link.
